Start dates are not flexible.100-mile radius ruleNo more than 5 days of RTO.Unit : PTLicense : AZ PT license in hand / activeRequired Certs : AHA BLSCase types : total joints, CVA, CHF, COPD, sepsisCaseload : 8-10 per daySetting : Acute InpatientAreas covered : ED & Med SurgRequired experience : Understanding of pathology, Lab values, interdisciplinary communication - At least one year of experience outside of clinicals.There are PTAs.Scheduling / weekends : 5x8's with flex weekend coverage 2-3 days / month, 4x10 (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat).
