Senior Product Designer, User Experience Design

They're seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of innovative digital products that will impact millions of customers and drive the success of our digital strategy.
In this role, you will transform complex workflows and information into intuitive user experiences. Leveraging your expertise in Design Thinking, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate discussions, develop concepts, run design sprints, and build rapid prototypes to harness collective creativity. You'll refine your storytelling skills to effectively communicate your vision and design rationale, ensuring alignment with the broader team. About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to develop innovative features and refine workflows, enhancing the digital experience. You will demonstrate a strong perspective with the ability to present a design vision and strategy through sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mock-ups, and prototypes. You can clearly communicate design rationale, logic, and research to support well-informed decisions to executives and other stakeholders across the company. You are a culture carrier, helping to lead, mentor, and work alongside fellow designers to bring this vision to life. You bring your eye for detail and craft excellence to the team, engaging in peer design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to elevate the team's work.
