Remote Outbound Sales Associate

A company is looking for a Remote Outbound Renewals and Win-back Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls primarily to existing customers

Upsell and add on products and services based on customer needs

Meet and exceed various KPI targets

Required Qualifications and Training

Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in an outbound sales role

Experience following a script

Strong computer skills with the ability to multi-task using various software applications

Open availability to work specified hours of operation

Must have a personal Windows computer with specified technical requirements
