A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide operational support for their global team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first and second level support for desktop and general IT requests
Administer Office 365 and cloud services, including user onboarding and offboarding
Manage incidents, problems, changes, and maintain adherence to security policies
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a helpdesk, ServiceDesk, or technical support role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Windows desktop, Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Familiarity with MacOS, basic networking, and ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk)
Experience managing mobile devices and policies (e.g., JAMF, Intune)
