The Consumer Staking Team is responsible for helping ~7M+ customers earn interest on their crypto holdings. We build easy-to-use staking products for the Coinbase app and advanced liquid staking products for onchain users. Staking is on the cutting edge of the cryptoeconomy where new concepts & primitives are still being invented come build the future with us!

What You'll Be Doing :

• Own all facets of a product area from crafting the vision and strategy to executing
• Sizing opportunities, analyzing market trends, and identifying the highest-impact real-world use cases for crypto payments and utility
• Partnering with design, engineering, and growth to deliver seamless, frictionless staking experiences that scale globally
• Developing and executing consumer growth strategies, including referral programs, social growth loops, and network effects
• Proactively addressing fraud, risk, and compliance considerations while preserving an excellent user experience

What We Look For In You :

Pay Transparency Notice : Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Pay Range : $144,500$170,000 USD
