Job Description :
A client of Robert Half is in the middle of implementing D365 F&O and CRM and is looking for an F&O Business Analyst to help with the implementation.
They are looking for someone who can assist with implementation and provide post go live support after their partner roles are off.
This person will be assisting business leaders and SI, to implement out of the box functionality of D365. This person will assist with defining order management processes and pricing strategies in D365.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities / Duties :
- Gather business requirements from end users
- Build technical specifications for dev teams
- Validate development teams work
- Configure modules in D365 F&O
- Assist with testing
- Assist with integrations with other systems
- Technical support and training to end users
- Provide updates to business leaders
- Configure user roles and permissions
MUST have skills :
- 1+ years of experience with D365 F&O finance, operations, and sales
- 1 full lifecycle implementation of D365 F&O
- Background with system and business analysis
- Experience working with D365 partners on implementations
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Experience gathering requirements and building technical specs in D365
Pluses / Nice to have skills :
- Global manufacturing distributor experience
- D365 certifications
- Financial management background
- D365 CRM experience
