Commercial Insurance Product Manager

This role involves managing all aspects of property and casualty insurance products within the commercial insurance space. Seeking candidates with prior commercial insurance experience who thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment OR interested in obtaining a property and casualty insurance license.

Deliver high-volume customer service, including policy changes, renewals, and coverage inquiries.

Collaborate closely with commercial producers to build and maintain a strong book of business.

Assist with quoting new business and preparing renewal documentation.

Handle client calls regarding certificates, coverage questions, and account servicing needs.

Maintain strong relationships with underwriting teams across our carrier network.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF tools.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage interruptions with a positive attitude.
• Logical and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working with clients at all levels.
• Must obtain a South Dakota Property & Casualty Producer License within 90 days of hire.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 / yr.
