Incident & Problem Manager

Seeking an experienced Incident & Problem Manager with 4-6 years in Incident Management and a strong understanding of ITIL principles. The role focuses on managing IT incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and improving service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee incident resolution, prioritization, and escalation.
  • Conduct trend analysis and post-mortems to prevent recurring issues.
  • Establish and enforce SLAs for incident response.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as an escalation point for major incidents.
  • Develop and maintain incident & problem management processes using ServiceNow.
  • Implement and improve best practices in problem management.

Must-Haves:

  • 4-6 years of Incident Management experience
  • Strong ITIL knowledge (certification preferred)
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
