Lead Medical Assistant
We are seeking a full-time Lead Medical Assistant to support our Internal Medicine practice in Lynn, MA! This is a 40-hour onsite position. Our practice is open Monday through Friday from 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm. Operational Responsibilities : This position plays a key leadership role within the clinical operations team. Responsibilities include :
Additional tasks include : One Call Resolve in the phone room, supporting staffing LOA, sick calls, vacations / work in flow with providers, supporting specialist- MA coverage, supporting Phlebotomist for same day visits, POCT Audits, sweeping exam rooms / supply and inventory, vaccine and medication inventory management.
