Years of experience needed.
Minimum of 8 or more years of related work experience, 5-8 years preferably in the healthcare industry
Technical Skills :
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word , Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA
- Advanced mathematics aptitude
- Advanced communication, organizational and comprehension abilities
- Experience in US Healthcare Payer / TPA / Insurance space with emphasis on Claims, Clinical Edits, Claims Pricing, Benefit Plans, Premium Billing, Enrollment, Payments, Reinsurance / Stoploss, EDI (834, 835, 837, 278, 270 / 271, 276 / 277 , HIPAA, etc.
- Agile experience including writing User stories, grooming, sprint planning, backlog refinement etc.
