Regional Sales Director
We are supporting a well-established organization in the medical technology space that is experiencing strong market growth. This role will lead commercial strategy and performance across a defined region, with responsibility for revenue, field execution, personal territory sales, team development, and customer engagement. The ideal leader brings a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with direct experience selling capital equipment into clinical or aesthetic practices and developing high-performing sales teams.

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy that accelerates growth and expands market share in medical aestheticsLead, coach, and empower a team of sales and clinical professionals to consistently exceed revenue and adoption goalsIdentify emerging trends and competitive dynamics to uncover new business opportunities and drive regional performanceStrengthen partnerships with key physicians, practice owners, and aesthetic stakeholders through field engagement and strategic account planningCollaborate with marketing, training, and leadership teams to optimize product education, onboarding, forecasting, and regional resource allocationWhat You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus, showcasing your commitment to continuous growth7+ years of success in capital equipment or medical device sales, medical aesthetics experience ideal, including 3+ years leading high-performing teamsProven track record of exceeding targets, developing top talent, and driving market expansionExceptional ability to influence physician decision-making and thrive in complex clinical sales environmentsPolished communicator and persuasive presenter with strong negotiation skillsEnergized by field leadership—comfortable traveling across the region to inspire teams and strengthen customer partnerships
