We're hiring a Regional Director of Sales who will play a vital leadership role in achieving Silverado's mission to change lives through exceptional memory care. Reporting to the SVP of Sales & Marketing, this position partners closely with Regional Operations and Clinical leadership to ensure census growth, consistent excellence in sales execution, and alignment of all community-level efforts that advance Silverado's strategic goals.

The RDS will lead, coach, and develop sales and operational leaders within their assigned communities to meet and exceed budgeted census goals, cultivate lasting referral relationships, and uphold Silverado's standards of excellence. This position requires a strong, hands-on leader who can inspire results, drive accountability, and represent Silverado's brand with integrity and passion.

This person will be responsible for our memory care communities in Los Angeles County up to Thousand Oaks. Our ideal candidate will be located in proximity to or within Los Angeles County.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Ensure coordinated, world-class sales and marketing efforts across assigned territory
  • Train and orient new sales associates to Silverado's mission and standards
  • Collaborate with community Administrators and internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Provide sales management development and coaching to community leaders
  • Use internal and external data to guide census growth initiatives
  • Support cross-functional alignment between sales, operations, and marketing

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of general management experience in long-term care or related field
  • Proven knowledge of regulations related to assisted living community management
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supervising teams, including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance
  • Comfortable working in environments with pets
  • Demonstrates passion and ability to work with individuals with Alzheimer's and other dementia-related conditions

    Anticipated pay range

    $140,000-$150,000 USD
