Position Summary :

Ternio Solutions, a purpose-driven specialty staffing firm is seeking an outgoing and driven professional to make a difference in our organization and the Business Intelligence (BI), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) community.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Contact and cultivate relationships with finance and technology professionals throughout the US
• Work daily with Ternio Client Managers to match and present qualified professionals for available assignments
• Drive organizational development in tandem with operations staff (technology tool selection, marketing campaigns, community outreach, hiring campaigns, etc.)
• Develop and maintain an ongoing strong network of BI / EPM / ERP professionals
• Negotiate pay packages between candidates and clients within good judgment
• Meet or exceed monthly profit targets

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Able to use a computer unaided
• Excellent communication skills (in-person, over the phone, and via digital correspondence)
• Basic understanding of MS Word and Excel
• Must be willing to work on-site at our office in Mission Valley.
