Our esteemed client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Power Supply to lead their power supply team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing our power supply portfolio, including fuel purchasing and utility management. This position will also be responsible for strategic decision-making to ensure efficient and cost-effective power supply operations. Relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities :

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the power supply portfolio, including fuel purchasing, utility management, and strategic decision-making.

2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize power supply operations and reduce costs.

3. Negotiate contracts and agreements with power suppliers and utility companies.

4. Collaborate with other senior leaders to align power supply operations with the overall business strategy.

5. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to power supply and utility management.

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

7. Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is strongly preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in power supply or utility management.

3. A thorough working knowledge of the electric utility industry.

4. Proven experience in fuel purchasing and contract negotiation.

5. Exceptional strategic decision-making abilities.

6. Strong leadership and team management skills.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

8. Ability to stay informed about industry trends and adapt to changes.

9. High level of integrity and professionalism.

10. Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance provided).
