Manager -Digital Analytics
Provide SME support for large scale client business development and delivery engagements in Digital Anlaytics space for the Life Sciences Industry.
Provide thought leadership in shaping the internal digital capabilities, solutions and platforms.
Play an SME role in shaping our client’s future state Digital Engagement Solutions, Architecture and Program Design.
Drive innovations, support new offering development and commercialization of capabilities tailored for each region in the areas of Digital / AI / Marketing Technology.
Provide direction to offshore resources to develop analytics solutions across numerous data sources; ensure the team delivers solutions with quality standards, timeliness, compliance, and excellent user experience including identifying any data gaps
Work closely with the other advanced analytics team members in the Data Analytics and Insights Group on digital analytic models, customer segmentation recommendations as needed to enhance omni-channel targeting strategy.
Key Skills / Requirement
- AI Personalization Engines, Marketing Technology (SFMC, Adobe, CDP) and Operations, Content Transformation, Digital Field Engagement, and Digital Data Management & Analytics
- 10+ years’ experience in a leadership role within Management Consulting / Professional service. Should have 1 to 2 years Pharma experience
- Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at senior levels within our clients (Life Sciences or other industries).
- Experience working in a complex org setup with ability to lead and drive meaningful discussions across all levels of organization.
- Align with multiple business and IT teams to create future roadmap and delivery plan.
- Significant supervisory, coaching and hands-on project management skills.
- Expertise in digital media and customer analytics.
- Detail oriented and committed to producing high-quality work and maximizing resources, while meeting deadlines.
