This role is based at our Cedar Park, TX campus. As the dynamic force behind Montessorium's campus operations and admissions, you'll manage everything beyond the classroom and ensure families have a front-row experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compelling family tours, personalize follow-ups, and manage the admissions funnel to meet enrollment goals.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, identify and resolve obstacles, and guide families confidently to enrollment.
• Implement safety protocols and drills, document any incidents, and ensure strict compliance.
• Oversee daily logistics, maintain facilities, coordinate with vendors, and act as the primary tech contact.
• Organize and host open houses and campus events to highlight Montessorium's unique offerings with a welcoming approach.
• Fill in during temporary staffing shortages to supervise K–6 students (ages 5–13), including managing recess, transitions, and basic classroom oversight.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD / hour, which equates to $60,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
