Flexible Option for More Hours

While this position is based at our  South St. Paul location, candidates who are interested in additional hours have the opportunity to work a combination role across both our South St. Paul and Stillwater dealerships. This is a great way to build variety into your schedule while increasing your hours and experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for customers and callers, you’ll :

Greet guests warmly and direct them to the right person or department

Answer phones, take messages, and route calls promptly and professionally

Assist customers with questions, concerns, and payments

Receive and process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately

Provide clerical support to sales, service, and finance teams

Maintain and update databases, files, and paperwork

Handle customer concerns with empathy and direct them to the right person for resolution

Requirements

Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Able to handle a fast-paced environment with grace

Must be available to work Saturdays

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay  ($17.00 - $20.00 / hour) based on experience.
