• This is a Safety Sensitive position under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment of 2016.Your role and responsibilities : Conducting all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products / systems / panels, including the packing where integrated with production lines.Performing work manually or by using light hand tools.Carrying out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.Operating within standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work area.Qualifications for the role : High School or equivalentAble to read 2 or 3 syllable words and recognize similarities / differencesbetween words and / or numbersAble to add, subtract 2-digit numbers and multiply / divide by 10 or 100accuratelyNote : Candidates must have a work authorization that permits them to work for ABB in the U.S. (Include on postings for roles that will not offer sponsorship).Why ABB? The Division also manufactures solutions for medium-voltage applications used in the utility market under its marquee brands including Elastimold reclosers and switchgear, capacitor switches, current limiting fuses, Homac distribution connectors, Hi-Tech Valiant full-range current limiting fuse for fire mitigation, faulted current indicators and distribution connectors, cable accessories and apparatus with products for overhead and underground distribution.
