Job descriptionDevelop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities. Build and manage client relationships to drive long-term success. Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing sales team. Deliver engaging presentations to potential clients and partners. Convert leads into sales (no cold calling, no door-to-door sales). Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License (we assist with the licensing process). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated individuals who thrive in a commission-based role.
