Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), North America

Position Overview :
Chagee is seeking a forward-looking and highly analytical Senior Manager of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis across the North American business. This role will be critical in driving performance visibility, resource allocation, and data-driven decision-making in partnership with senior leaders across functions. The ideal candidate brings deep FP&A expertise in fast-paced, multi-unit retail or consumer environments, and can operate at both strategic and operational levels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the full FP&A cycle for North America, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance analysis across corporate and store operations.
- Deliver insightful monthly and quarterly business reviews, variance analyses, and financial dashboards for senior leadership.
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning, market expansion, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, HR, and other departments to translate business drivers into financial outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze revenue, cost of sales, labor, and operating expenses across regions and formats to inform business decisions and drive margin improvements.
- Support the evaluation of new store openings, capital investments, pricing strategies, and new business opportunities.
- Lead continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems; drive automation and scalability as the business grows.
- Collaborate closely with Group Finance to align on financial policies, reporting standards, and timelines.
- Mentor and lead a growing team of FP&A analysts, fostering a culture of accuracy, curiosity, and commercial partnership.
- Ensure financial forecasts align with operational realities and strategic goals, supporting agile and responsive decision-making, and support any ad-hoc projects and planning that may arise.
Qualifications :
8–10 years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role; retail, QSR, or consumer services industry experience strongly preferred.Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with strong command of Excel, financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion), and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.Demonstrated experience supporting P&L management, cross-functional planning, and capital allocation.Detail-oriented yet able to think strategically and see the big picture.Experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.This is a high-impact leadership role for a finance professional who thrives on turning data into strategy, driving operational performance, and helping shape the future of Chagee’s North American business.
