This position is located at Nordstrom's downtown Seattle headquarters and follows a hybrid work model, with four days in the office and one remote workday each week. At Nordstrom, we don't just sell cutting-edge fashion and accessories, we create it. Our talented fashion design team the Nordstrom Product Group (NPG) develops, designs, produces and sources 50-plus private Nordstrom labels. From traditional to trendy, this team is shaping the styles and looks our customer love. We have an opportunity on the team for an Executive Assistant 2. The ideal Executive Assistant 2 is highly organized, motivated, results oriented and committed to delivering outstanding customer service every day.

A day in the life

• Coordinate activities (meetings, presentations, etc.) across multiple teams
• Facilitate processes necessary to the effective running of the department
• Review operating practices and procedures, determine whether improvements can be made and work with management to implement changes as appropriate
• Set up and oversee administrative procedures and guidelines for department
• Assist in maintaining department budget and expense reconciliations
• Actively drive special projects as assigned
