• must have KY Radiation License upon Start Date, can submit w / pending
• no flu exemptions accepted for travelers

some Impella experience preferred

Shift : 4x10 7 : 30a-6p

in procedure room; 1 : 3-4 in prep / hold

Years of Experience REQ : 2

First-timers Accepted : - yes but travel is preferred
