The Opportunity : We are actively searching for an Interactive Board Training Specialist to join our dynamic B2B Sales team in the Northeast USA region. You will work remotely from a home office, with a preference for North Carolina or South Carolina as your base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and provide ongoing demonstrations and training via pre-scheduled weekly webinars, individual school district demonstration requests, and on-demand virtual training.
- Build relationships with customers and support their training and implementation of LG hardware / software.
- Provide pre-sales support to LG sales teams through presentations, demonstrations, and sales engagement.
- Provide professional development and ongoing support to LG customers and build long-term relationships to maintain and grow opportunities to deploy additional LG education solutions and services.
- Provide professional development / training sessions on LG hardware / software to customers, and deliver all courses listed in the LG PD catalog and commonly utilized LMS services.
- Provide post-sales support to LG education customers for troubleshooting, additional training, and LG resources.
- Interact with LG sales management to maintain communication about assigned accounts and provide high levels of pre-sales support / demonstrations of LG product.
- Participate in national, virtual customer engagement events to educate educators and foster collaboration with peers.
- Identify customer needs through solution-based selling and demonstrate the value of the LG suite of hardware and software products.
- Liaise with principals and senior district staff to build capacity and support positive changes in schools through LG offerings.
- Stay up to date on technology trends and monitor usage data to identify opportunities for improvements and enhancements.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of lead teaching experience in a US classroom.Google for Education certified.Microsoft for Education certification preferred.Valid Teacher Certification preferred.Experience with Interactive Flat Panels in training and content / lesson development.Strong presentation skills and ability to engage educators at all levels.Excellent public speaking skills for large educator audiences.Pedagogical expertise in designing and delivering professional development.Understanding of the business side of education to support the pre-sales organization.Strong knowledge of educational technology trends and integration.Experience with research-based approaches to teaching reading, writing, mathematics, and Common Core.Results-driven, well-organized, flexible, with strong follow-up skills.75% remote role with ability to travel for in-person demonstrations and trainings as needed.Pay Range
Pay Range : $48.00 - $52.00 per hour
