ETI Precision is looking for a talented calibration technician to join its growing team in Huntersville, NC! This is a full-time role offering competitive pay and great benefits. Calibration Technician will test, calibrate, and troubleshoot a variety of test and measurement instruments. This critical equipment is maintained and periodically calibrated for accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established industry and customer standards. Location : On-site at various customer sites in Huntersville, NC and surrounding areas. Occasionally at our office in Huntersville, NC.
Day to Day Responsibilities :
- Complete accurate and timely calibrations on customer sites
- Perform routine and complex calibration on a wide variety of equipment per company processes and instruction documentation
- Perform calibration on a variety of devices and instruments in accordance with established procedures and standards
- Working directly with the client throughout the calibration process from the first onsite touch point to completion of the project, including good communication to provide client updates on services needed
- Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
- Maintain calibration records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
- Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support
- Communicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates
