Data Specialist

A company is looking for a PC Data Specialist to assist field staff in tracking client progress through data collection best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Support the PC Team and Dynamics Database team in maintaining and improving the PC database

Assist in creating and revising case file forms and contribute to training materials

Provide technical assistance to field staff and support data cleaning and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications

Mature Christian faith and commitment to the organization's mission and values

At least 1 year of experience in refugee resettlement work and familiarity with related terminology

Database knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Interfaces (Teams, Excel, Word)

Willingness to travel 1-2 times a year for field monitoring

Experience in a grant-compliance context
