To succeed as the Executive Assistant : Finance, Operations & Legal, you should have :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; high school diploma required.
Minimum of five years' experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with excellent command of English grammar and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database programs, and other relevant technologies; adept at managing digital tools and systems.
Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, and ability to manage confidential information; willingness to work occasional non-traditional hours as needed.
Your responsibilities as the Executive Assistant : Finance, Operations & Legal will include :
Manage complex executive calendars, daily logistics, and meeting preparation, ensuring leaders are informed and organized.
Plan and coordinate meetings and events, including agendas, materials, and follow-up communication.
Serve as liaison with the Board of Directors and other high-level stakeholders, handling communications and logistics professionally.
Prepare, proof, and distribute reports, correspondence, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate travel, process expenses, and support special projects or delegated responsibilities as assigned.
