A multinational company with a facility near Troy, MI is currently seeking a Controls Engineering Manager for long-term opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Sr. Controls Project Engineers looking for a position that offers excellent management, development, and competitive rates.

Controls Engineering Managers will be working full-time, and salaries are anticipated to be between $120,000-160,000 salary based on each candidate's experience and education. Qualified Controls Engineering Managers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience :

• Minimum of 5+ years of recent / relevant process controls engineering experience in capital equipment for paint finishing, water / wastewater, heat treatment, steel / metal finishing, or closely related industry experience.
• Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLC programming is essential.
• Solid knowledge of process controls equipment including fluid mechanics, Process and Instrumentation layout and design (P&ID), and sensors.
• Previous leadership experience as a Manager / Team Leader / Project Engineer is strongly preferred. Will consider Project Management or closely related experience.
• Travel is anticipated to be 30-50% initially, but will decrease to 20% overnight travel.
• Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
