Patient Care Coordinator / Dental Call Center (A Hi-Tech Dental Implant Center)
Location : Louisville, KY
Compensation : $45,000 – $60,000 base + Bonus Potential ($65,000–$90,000+ total earnings)
Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday
We're seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join a rapidly growing, state-of-the-art dental implant center in Louisville. This is a phone-driven, sales-focused position where success comes from persistence, professionalism, and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and schedule consultations
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism and urgency
- Build trust and educate patients on treatment options, creating urgency to book
- Consistently follow up with prospects to keep them engaged and moving forward
- Track and manage leads in the CRM and monitor performance metrics
- Support marketing and lead-generation activities
