JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Visual & Content Designer to join our Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) Digital Experience team, focusing on the QuickBooks ecosystem. The ideal candidate will work alongside a diverse team to design compelling content experiences aimed at driving growth and retention. This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic vision, with responsibilities including creating engaging visual and textual content, implementing style and voice across products, and leveraging user feedback and research to refine designs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design and create self-help experiences that address customer issues effectively at scale.
• Produce visuals and copy that link customer business needs to our offerings, encouraging product success.
• Consistently apply Intuit's style, voice, and tone across all content.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to align product designs with user needs and business goals.
• Engage in customer research to build deep empathy and inform content strategy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Industry Experience Required :

Experience in SaaS or technology-focused marketing design preferred, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product marketing, UX / UI design, and content creation.

Education : Master s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or a related field, with 3-5 years relevant experience.
