Candidate will work full time at VintEdge Wine Bar and Lounge in Somerville, NJ.
Established New Jersey Restaurant / Bar operators are opening a unique and refreshing Wine Bar & Lounge in Somerville, NJ.
We will be focusing on delivering the highest customer service to our patrons and will be hiring for all positions. We are looking to create a passionate team with a tremendous amount of focus on product and service.
VintEdge Wine Bar is an upscale wine / tapas lounge in downtown Somerville NJ. We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our culinary team, and someone who would like to grow their career in the culinary field.
Applicants should be experienced in the Restaurant / Bar industry.

responsibilities
Daily responsibilities are but are not limited too..
- Cutting, prepping foods for nightly service
- Creating all food items efficiently, and with a creative mind
- Input regarding future menu creation
- Washing, maintaining all flatware & silverware throughout service.
- Polishing silverware, flatware and all kitchen surfaces.
- Executing recipes provided by our Chef de Cuisine.
- Helping Chef de Cuisine & Sous Chef with tasks to help make kitchen operation more productive and successful.
qualifications
Previous experience desired :
- Demonstrated ability to interact well with customers, and maintain strong customer relations.
- Prior experience in a team environment requiring professional and effective communication skills (team player)
- Nights and weekends availability required
- Applicants must be experienced in the Restaurant / Bar industry.
