Major Responsibilities

• Accurately pull parts and materials to fulfill work orders and service requests.
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and storeroom areas.
• Operate company van to make scheduled pickups and deliveries.
• Stage equipment and materials for upcoming installations.
• Prepare and stage water heaters for plumbing department use.
• Assist with other warehouse and storeroom tasks as assigned.

Position Requirements

Currently enrolled in a college or university program, or a recent graduate of a high school vocational / technical program. Valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean driving record and demonstrated safe driving practices. Proven ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for team-based work.

Other Details

Compensation : The base pay for this role is $27.79 / hour. This role will be eligible to participate in a union annual short term incentive program.
