What you'll do

The maintenance associate role involves ensuring members see a well-kept facility and a positive first and last impression. You are on your feet and moving throughout your shift and should maintain a positive attitude to ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management
• Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) per Company procedures, guidelines, and methods, using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment
• Ensures a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per Company Environmental Sustainability Program
• Maintains appropriate levels of Company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotates and stores chemicals properly, and places orders to replenish supplies when low

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
