We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of projects through effective planning, execution, and monitoring. You will be responsible for supporting project managers and ensuring that all aspects of the project lifecycle are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate project resources and budgets to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and action items.

  • Identify potential project risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello).
