Seeking Board Certified / Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Concierge (membership-based) medical practice

Competitive Salary - $300K Base +

401k with 4% match

Full benefits : dental, vision and medical PPO

6 weeks paid vacation

Small patient panel

Ability to build a larger patient panel for higher compensation if desired
