Repair Services Specialist

Job Role Overview :

The primary objective of the Estimator position is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates, coordinating repair requirements for customers including all communication, updating and informing customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

• Evaluate every customer interaction to ensure it is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details
• Provide Customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive superior customer service
• Maintain compliance with all insurance client specifications, processes and metrics
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to relevant team members
