PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to drive strategic contract execution and supplier partnerships. In this role, you'll serve as the key liaison between corporate clients and the Legal Contracts & Compliance teamensuring agreements not only meet regulatory standards but also advance business goals and reduce risk across the supply chain. Your expertise will help shape the success of complex supplier relationships and strengthen the foundation of one of the worlds most advanced aerospace programs.

What You'll Do

• Lead contract administration for assigned supplier portfoliosdrafting, negotiating, and executing high-value contracts.
• Provide daily guidance to stakeholders and leadership on contractual strategy and risk management.
• Review and interpret complex legal terms to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
• Collaborate with internal legal, supply chain, and business teams to align contract terms with strategic objectives.
• Negotiate supplier agreements to achieve favorable business outcomes.
• Analyze contract performance and prepare detailed reports on compliance and key metrics.
• Advise management on contract risks, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning.
• Maintain organized records of all contractual documentation and historical data.

Required Qualifications :

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and / or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay details : $72.97 per hour.
