Job Store Professional is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a contract-to-hire role paying $65K annually . This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on production environment and enjoys turning technical knowledge into real results on the shop floor.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring production efficiency, and maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. You'll partner with shop teams and leadership to optimize processes, improve outputs, and keep customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Program lasers, turret presses, and brake presses using technical drawings and blueprints.
• Provide accurate production estimates and monitor outputs to ensure specifications are met.
• Coordinate with production teams, Quality, and Safety to maintain compliance.
• Evaluate and approve design changes, continuously driving improvements.
• Support additional projects to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
