WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 18+ years old
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent work ethic and team spirit
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Acceptable English communication skills
• Ability to comply with Health Department regulations
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week

WHAT TO EXPECT

As a part-time Line Cook, you support your culinary team in fulfilling customers' orders and maintaining a neat and clean kitchen. Under the direction of our executive chef, you prepare for food service by setting up workstations, stocking supplies and ingredients, and cleaning and organizing around the kitchen. You skillfully chop vegetables, cut meat, and mix sauces to prepare for the day. As orders come in, you work with your team to cook the food and serve it in a timely manner. You also properly manage leftovers to elevate our food service efforts!
