We're looking for a TITLE CLERK to join our Friendship Family
Our ideal candidate will be self-driven and comfortable completing independent tasks in a team-oriented, multi-dealership environment.
What You'll Do :
- Process documents for vehicle registration
- Verify and process lien payoffs
- Obtain and transfer dealer titles
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of necessary documents
- Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory.
- Maintain floor plan compliance
- Effectively track titles and alleviate title issues
Qualification Checklist :
- 1+ year(s) dealership experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- High-focus with attention to detail
- Strong multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
