POSITION PURPOSE :

Provides knowledgeable support to customers using Bravera’s Treasury Solution tools, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience that reflects Bravera’s commitment to personal service and innovative solutions.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS :

Delivering exceptional customer experiences by effectively supporting inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with Treasury Solutions, Private Banking and Business Banking Teams to meet customer’s needs.

Maintain accurate account setups by managing user profiles, verifying documentation, and ensuring consistency across markets.

Support departmental operations through proper documentation, reporting, billing assistance, and contributions to Treasury Solutions projects.

Be an ambassador for Bravera by using products and services offered.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Customer Relations-

Ensure that customers have a positive experience by effectively communicating and listening to their needs.

Handle calls related to digital products and services.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to digital solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product integration and resolution of customer concerns.

Support Treasury Consultants and Officers in preparing presentations and materials for customer meetings.

Account Maintenance-

Perform set-up and maintenance of user profiles.

Secure and verify agreements, applications and authorization forms needed to process and add, update, or remove permissions and access levels.

Verify changes and documentation completed by TSC or TSOs in all markets.

Administrative-

Documenting and Reporting functions for Treasury Solutions department

Ensure each digital customer has the proper documentation on file,

Assisting with reports and monthly billing

Assist with projects / workload related to the Treasury Solutions department

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

Travel as needed for product installations and customer support.

Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera.

Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.

Fully understand and adhere to current banking regulations, policies, and procedures related to digital banking compliance and overall safety and soundness.

Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees and organizations.

The employee will adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

None.

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES) :

Education : High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience : Prior banking knowledge is helpful but not required

Skills / certifications : High level of interest in digital products

Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
