You’ll bridge customers, engineering, and design—translating needs into actionable plans, championing the product vision, and ensuring smooth, rapid delivery of impactful features.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership & Strategy
• Own the product roadmap and prioritize features aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Partner with Engineering (CA3) and Design to discover, define, and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Maintain a healthy product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
• Understand customer pain points and gather feedback to shape product direction.
• Act as the subject matter expert for internal teams and external customers.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategies and product launches.
• Delivery & Execution
• Ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery in 2-week sprint cycles.
• Monitor product adoption and performance to refine the roadmap and outcomes.
• Reduce reliance on Tech Leads by owning requirement documentation.

What You Bring

$120,000 - $150,000 a year

The annual base salary range for this position is based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
