Rank and salary are commensurate with experience, and the benefits are highly competitive. The minimum starting salary for this academic position is $90,000 and is consistent with the department’s salary equity considerations for incoming faculty.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will hold a doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field and have teaching experience. Applicants should preferably be licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts as a School Psychologist and maintain some involvement in clinical practice or consultation or demonstrate a strong history of having done so. A broad record of scholarly work—such as community engagement, clinical practice, educational leadership, innovation, investigation, or research—is preferred. Successful applicants will also demonstrate a commitment to promoting multicultural competence in educational and work environments and must be willing to contribute to the College’s strategic plan for inclusion. Candidates must be available to teach in-person classes and participate in on-campus activities. The department welcomes applications from individuals with nontraditional career paths, those who have taken time off for family reasons, or those who have achieved excellence in careers outside of academia.
