Lead CNC Machinist

• Just started a 2nd Shift. Looking for an experienced Machinist to lead a team of 4 Operators.
• Specifically, need someone who has strong experience running and doing full setups on Swiss style CNC machines (specifically Citizens).
• Set up and operate Citizen Swiss CNC lathes (e.g., L20, M32, A20, etc.) according to engineering drawings and process sheets.
• Select and install tools, collets, and fixtures required for production.
• Load programs, perform machine offsets, and make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machining or tooling issues and make recommendations for corrective actions.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is kept in optimal condition.
