Job description

B2B Sales Representative

Location : Beaverton, OR. Will start out more heavily onsite for training and have flexibility after ramp up.

Contract Duration : open ended - long term contract

Start Date : 12 / 1 / 2025

Pay Rate : $30 - $40 / hr depending on experience

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven B2B Sales Executive to lead outbound sales efforts, generate new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with corporate clients. This role is ideal for a hunter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving revenue through strategic outreach and deal-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggressively prospect and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand the client's B2B customer base.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across corporate accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in apparel, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Demonstrated excellence in cold calling, lead generation, and outbound sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for winning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
