Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager will :
- Plan and implement large projects
- Direct and lead the work of technical staff
- Evaluate new strategies and procedures
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects

The Successful Senior Project Manager :
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience7+ years of experience in ConstructionGround-up experienceMultifamily or mixed-use experienceWorking knowledge of commercial construction technology and detailsCandidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawingsExcellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clientsWhat's on Offer :
