Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience 7+ years of experience in Construction Ground-up experience Multifamily or mixed-use experience Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients Competitive salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience. Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager will :
- Plan and implement large projects
- Direct and lead the work of technical staff
- Evaluate new strategies and procedures
- Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
- Maintain required project documentation
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
