Base pay range : $47.00 / hr - $52.00 / hr

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Content Designer to join our client’s Product Design team. In this role, you will be instrumental in modernizing and optimizing digital agent experiences. You will provide dedicated content design expertise to build best-in-class digital tools for power users, directly contributing to increased agent efficiency, improved satisfaction, and reduced operational costs.

Key Responsibilities Operate within an agile environment, fostering close partnerships with product owners, product designers, engineers, and other content designers, marketers, analysts, and researchers.

Proactively identify content opportunities, applying content design and strategy methodologies to enhance the user experience through thoughtful information architecture and precise language.

Develop concise, effective content that adheres to established guidelines for tone and voice, follows best practices for various channels and mediums, and maintains consistent standards.

Continuously seek out and integrate user feedback, evaluating UX effectiveness to determine where and how content can be optimized for maximum impact.

Coordinate across multiple projects and workstreams, navigating a complex digital environment and collaborating with diverse teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive user experience.

Must-Have Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in content design.

Prior experience working within design teams, with a track record of successfully delivering content for external-facing digital applications.

Experience supporting multiple agile software engineering teams within a scrum methodology environment.

Proficiency in employing content design and strategy methods and tools, including content audits, competitive assessments, quantitative analysis, design thinking exercises, user research, and persona development.

Highly analytical mindset, with a passion for synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights.

A compelling portfolio of written work that showcases creativity, problem-solving abilities, business impact, and measurable results. (Portfolio required to be considered for this role.)
