Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated mid-level Associate with experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity Investments, and other Corporate Transactions to join our M&A / Corporate Group . This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transactions and provide guidance on Delaware law, fiduciary duties, and corporate governance matters.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Advise on a range of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations, joint ventures, and restructurings.
  • Provide expertise on Delaware law, fiduciary duties, and alternative entity law (LLCs and limited partnerships).
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on various transactional matters.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in M&A and corporate law.
  • Strong knowledge of Delaware corporate and alternative entity law.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
