ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity : RN - ICU / CCU

Job Details :

Work in 16-bed ICU / CCU unit with patient ratios of 2 : 1, occasionally 3 : 1

36 hours weekly scheduling requirement

Float in rotation with core staffing

Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS

Work with advanced equipment including Impella, GE monitors, temporary pacemakers, EKOS, IABP, Arctic Sun, and hemodynamic monitoring

Documentation system : Meditech

Perform procedures including central line insertions and dialysis catheter insertions

Must demonstrate critical thinking skills and be self-motivated

Dress code : scrubs any color, no denim, capris, or camo

Unit staffed with medical technician, occasionally a tech depending on census

Flexible scheduling with teamwork environment

Mix of experience available on both day and night shifts
