Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the 2025 / 2026 school year in a middle school setting. This contract role offers the opportunity to work with a caseload of approximately 20 students ranging from 6th to 12th grade, providing essential speech and language therapy services.

Responsibilities include :

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students needs
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintaining accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to school-wide initiatives

Preferred qualifications :

Location : Middle school in the Cortland, NY area

Duration : Full-time contract for the 2025 / 2026 school year

Caseload : Approximately 20 students in grades 6-12
