Please note : this is an unpaid internship and you must be able to reliably be present at our Providence, RI site for the duration of the placement. This is not a remote internship.

What You’ll Do
As an IS Help Desk Intern, you’ll :
Be the first point of contact for end users, providing friendly and effective technical support
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues alongside seasoned IT staff
Assist with system setups, equipment configuration, and rollouts
Log, track, and follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated intern who is :
Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Familiar with Windows, networking fundamentals, and MS Office
A strong communicator with sharp problem-solving skills
Ready to learn, take initiative, and grow in the field of IT
